VEST enrollment privacy notice

Information used for enrollment

We collect your name, email, phone number, licensing status, National Producer Number when applicable, recruiting referral, and application progress. We use this information to process your enrollment, prevent duplicate accounts, communicate next steps, and connect your account to your recruiting advisor.

Who can access it

Your recruiting advisor can see application progress and contact details. Authorized VEST administrators manage verification and onboarding. Hosting, database, email, and payment service providers process information needed to provide these services. PayPal handles payment details; VEST stores transaction references and confirmation status rather than your card number.

School and third-party services

The licensing school, PayPal, Microsoft Outlook, and SureLC are separate services with their own terms and privacy practices. Following a school link does not automatically tell VEST you enrolled.

Security and local storage

Secure enrollment links provide access to your application. Keep them private. Your browser stores the recruiting reference and enrollment session to continue the process. Do not use a shared device without closing your session. We retain application and transaction records for operational, accounting, dispute, and applicable legal requirements.

Contact support@vestsuccess.com to request access to or correction of your application information, ask about deletion, or obtain help with privacy questions. Certain records may need to be retained for applicable obligations.
